01 SPECIFICATIONS
We made the TFS curve marquee tent peach heart shape tent for our Madagascar customer for the big event of welcoming the visiting of the President .
The TFS tent is 40M width, 20M length, we use the big aluminum alloy profiles to meet customer's demand of the high quality and strong structure to withstand the heavy wind.The Peach heart shape tent is suitable for other applications, such as sports, restaurant, exhibitions and events, etc.. The big heart shape marquee conapy tent attracted about two millions people there.
The heart shape tent is one of the oldest tent types and most common of all our tents. It can be used for any type of event, very stable and presentable. Many people make use of this TFS tent as it’s easy to erect and it can be erected on cement causing minimal damage. It's long lasting, cost effective and time efficient.
Size: 40M wide, 20M length, the roof height is 15M.
Material: High-strength aluminum alloy 6061/T6, the connection is Hot-dip galvanized connection
Feature:100% waterproof, flame retardant to DIN4102 B1, M2, CFM, UV resistant, tear resistant, self-cleaning ability, etc.

This arch frame tent have a unique, elegant “heart” shape with a high roof space. The main material of the heart shape marquee tent is aluminum (or steel frame), structural T6061/T6 Grade Extruded Aluminium which is strong enough, unti-rust and long lifespan. For the connector of the curve tent, we use the hot-dip galvanized steel tube which has good performance on hardness.
Aluminum Frame
We designed the heart shape tent for many years, for 40M curve tent, we use big aluminum profile to make the tents to be safe enough to against heavy rain and storm. We will cut the raw material into the right size and drill holes on the frame, then make it bend for the curve shape.
Curve Tent Frame
The shape of curve tent is very special, the heart shape, the main structure should be very strong and re-fixed with the cross aluminum alloy and the square tube between the frames. There is no more support inside the curve tent so the curve tent is very popular for big events and exhibitions ans wedding parties.
Curve Tent Cover
The PVC fabric of the curve tent is cut by one distance for 5M width, we install the whole fabric from one side to another side using the rope, because the cover is too heavy, we need workers all together to fix it when we have no machine.
03 APPLICATIONS

04 INSTALLATIONFirst, we set the place for the heart shape curve tent on the ground, check the screw one by one to be tightened.
Then, assemble the main frame with machine, with the square steel between frames one by one with lift laddres.
Third, install the PVC fabric cover from one side to another side and fix the cover into the frame.
Last, re-check every details carefully to make sure it's compeletely finished.
